My story is I contacted Joe online as he is the landlord of a property he had listed for rent. That property wasn't quite the right location for me but Joe never forgot me and called me two weeks later with a listing hot off the press before it even published onine. He showed it to me same day and that night we put our application in and secured the property next day. It was all done remotely over DocuSign and email on the phone. It couldn't have been easier.
